Partnerships
Work that's better with more than one of us in it.
The most interesting things I've done have been collaborations — with universities, NGOs, companies, governments and international organisations. If you're building something in cross-cultural or global mental health, I'd like to hear about it.
Who I partner with
Open to collaboration with.
Universities
Guest teaching, joint research, clinical training programmes and student wellbeing work.
NGOs & non-profits
Programme design, staff training and clinical supervision — especially in refugee, migrant and youth services.
Companies
Wellbeing strategy, workshops and ongoing clinical advisory for internationally distributed teams.
Governments & public bodies
Policy input on mental health provision for migrant, refugee and young populations.
International organisations
Cross-border programme work in global mental health and psychosocial support.
Conferences
Keynotes, panels, clinical workshops and programme advisory.
Research institutions
Joint studies on cultural grief, identity, bilingual assessment and culturally adapted models.
Media & podcasts
Ongoing expert contribution, series collaboration and editorial partnership.
Mental health platforms
Provider network training, clinical quality and cross-cultural capability building.
The most interesting work I've done has never been done alone.
What I bring
Clinical depth, operational reality, global range.
A decade of clinical practice across five continents. Eight years running an organisation rather than only advising one. Fluency in the gap between how mental health is talked about in Japan, Europe and the Gulf — earned on the ground in 35+ countries.
I'm most useful on projects where cultural context is the hard part: designing support for people who don't fit the model the programme was written for.
