Consulting
Wellbeing that survives contact with the organisation.
Most workplace mental health programmes fail quietly — written for a workforce that doesn't exist. I work with organisations, NGOs and clinical teams to design support that fits the people it's for.
Areas of work
What I'm brought in for.
- Organisational mental health strategy — what to build, in what order, and how to know it worked
- Burnout prevention — beyond resilience training, into workload and structure
- Psychological safety initiatives — designed for the culture you actually have
- Cross-cultural mental health consultation — for globally distributed teams
- Supporting international employees — relocation, isolation, cultural grief
- Refugee and migrant mental health — programme design and staff capability
- Trauma-informed organisations — practice, policy and frontline supervision
- Student wellbeing — for universities and international schools
- NGO programme development — from an operator who has run one for eight years
- Clinical consultation & therapist supervision — for practitioners with cross-cultural caseloads
Why me
Clinician, founder, and someone who has been the outsider in the room.
I've sat on all three sides of this: delivering thousands of clinical hours to employees of international companies, running a mental health organisation for eight years, and being the foreign employee myself, in more than a dozen countries.
What that produces is advice that is clinically grounded, culturally specific, and operationally realistic — rather than a deck of best practice from a market you don't work in.
Working together
Three ways in.
Advisory session
A focused conversation with your people team or leadership — a specific problem, an honest read, and clear next steps. Half a day or less.
Programme design
Reviewing what exists, talking to the people it's meant to serve, and designing the strategy, training and measurement that follow. Four to twelve weeks.
Retained consultation
A standing clinical voice for your organisation or clinical team — regular supervision, case consultation and support as things come up.
Who this is for
Organisations I work with.
Next step
Tell me what isn't working.
The first conversation is free and usually clarifies more than a brief does.
